EPA Guidance on the Area Designations for the 2015 Ozone NAAQS

States and tribes should refer to the following guidance for area designations for the 2015 Ozone NAAQS when preparing their recommendations on area designations.

    This guidance provides information on the schedule and process for initially designating areas for the purpose of implementing the 2015 primary and secondary ozone national ambient air quality standards.

    This memorandum provides guidance to EPA Regional Offices for working with federally-recognized Indian tribes regarding the Clean Air Act section 107(d) designations process for Indian country.
