PM2.5 Designations - Tribal Recommendations and EPA Responses
The National Tribal Environmental Council and that Tribal Council's workgroup, The National Designation and Implementation Work Group have been addressing Tribal issues with respect to the designation process.
The documents listed below are Tribes' initial designations, if applicable, and EPA's responses for the 2024 annual PM2.5 NAAQS. The EPA intends to finalize designations for all Tribal areas in a separate future action.
