U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is conducting a review of the Prestolite Battery Division Superfund Site located along U.S. Highway 41 North in Vincennes, Indiana. The Superfund law requires regular checkups at sites where the cleanup is complete—with waste managed onsite—to ensure that the cleanup continues to protect people and the environment. This is the sixth Five-Year Review of this site.
