FIFRA Scientific Advisory Panel

The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Scientific Advisory Panel (SAP) provides independent scientific advice to the EPA on health and safety issues related to pesticides. The FIFRA SAP is comprised of biologists, statisticians, toxicologists and other experts and is augmented by members of the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) Science Review Board (SRB).

The FIFRA Science Advisory Panel (SAP) will meet on December 4, 6, and 7, 2018 to consider and review EPA's Evaluation of a Proposed Approach to Refine the Inhalation Risk Assessment for Point of Contact Toxicity: A Case Study Using a New Approach Methodology (NAM). The Panel will not meet on December 5, 2018 in observance of the National Day of Mourning for President George H. W. Bush.
