Note: The eleven new definitions carry an earlier state effective date of 03/24/97, but were approved into the New Hampshire SIP after the Revised Definition of "Incinerator"” carrying a state effective date of 04/23/2013.

State renumbered NOx RACT from Env-A 1211 to Env-A 1300, and made several minor revisions to NOx RACT requirements.
