Indian Wells Valley Planning Area, CA, PM10 Second 10-Year Maintenance Plan (PM10 budgets for 2020 and 2025)

On October 13, 2021, EPA published a proposed rule in the Federal Register (86 FR 56848) to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) submitted by the State of California. EPA’s adequacy review of the motor vehicle emissions budgets and an opportunity for public comment on the SIP revision are being done concurrently. EPA is proposing approval of the SIP in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.

How can I obtain a copy of the submission?
Our USEPA Region IX office in San Francisco office is closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, this submission is not available for public viewing at the Regional Office at this time. In addition to the federal rulemaking site listed below, the submissions may be found at the following State and local agency websites:
