Water Sector Groups Recognize Utilities for Exceptional Performance

A partnership of water sector organizations, with input from EPA, announce the recipients of the inaugural Utility of the Future (UOTF) Today Recognition Program. Together, the following water sector organizations created the UOTF program:

  • National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA)
  • Water Environment Federation (WEF)
  • Water Environment & Reuse Foundation (WE&RF)
  • WateReuse Association

The program celebrates the progress and exceptional performance of wastewater utilities while supporting the widespread adoption of the innovative UOTF business model.

Public and private utilities from across the U.S., Canada, and Denmark were selected from an impressive number of first year entries by a peer committee of utility leaders.
