However, the NOFO also lists the budget narrative as a mandatory document to be included separate from the project narrative and there is a section in Grants.gov for mandated budget narrative attachment. Should the budget narrative be entered in the proposal in two areas? Secondly, due to the page restrictions on the workplan, would it be compliant to have a briefer budget in the workplan and a more detailed budget in the mandated budget narrative?

Local Governments Reimbursement Program

In the event of a release (or threatened release) of hazardous substances, EPA may provide a "safety net" of up to $25,000 per incident to local governments for expenses related to the release and associated emergency response measures.

State Tier II Reporting Requirements and Procedures
