Notification of Consultation and Coordination for the Tribal Allotment of the WIIN Act Section 2107 Grant
EPA is initiating consultation and coordination with federally recognized tribes to obtain input on the proposed implementation of the new drinking water grant program supporting lead testing in school and child care program drinking water, as authorized by the 2016 Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) Act.
