Peer Review of the Draft TSCA Systematic Review Protocol
On April 19-21, 2022, EPA held a public virtual meeting of the Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals (SACC) to peer review the draft Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Systematic Review Protocol. This protocol addresses the National Academies of Science recommendations and previous recommendations on systematic review from the SACC review of the first 10 TSCA risk evaluations. The agency will use the scientific advice, information, and recommendations from the SACC, as well as public comments, to inform the final protocol. The meeting was virtual (conducted on the phone and via webcast only).
