Federalism and Tribal Update Materials

On December 12, 2017, the U.S. EPA and the U.S. Department of the Army held a webinar to update governmental partners, including tribes, states and local governments, their associations, and other federal agencies, on the agencies’ progress towards revising the definition of “Waters of the United States." This presentation was used at that meeting.
