The EPA Acting General Counsel, Kevin S. Minoli, signed the following letter on March 6, 2017, notifying the Attorney General of the pending review of the Clean Water Rule pursuant to the Executive Order entitled “Restoring the Rule of Law, Federalism, and Economic Growth by Reviewing the ‘Waters of the United States’ Rule.”
