2013 Interim Guidance on the Preparation of Demonstrations in Support of Requests to Exclude Ambient Air Quality Data Affected by High Winds under the Exceptional Events Rule

The EPA developed this document to assist air agencies in meeting the requirements of the Exceptional Events Rule for high wind dust (i.e., particulate matter) events and to provide example recommended elements for exceptional event demonstrations.
