Expedited Modeling of Burn Events Results (EMBER)

EMBER Dataset Tool

EPA released a web-based tool that will allow users to easily browse and access EMBER data.

This tool displays ozone monitoring days that may have been impacted by fire emissions in the summer of 2023. An article providing a detailed description of the methodologies and datasets used to produce EMBER recently published in the journal Data in Brief and is available at this link.

For questions about tool functionality, please contact Loren Fox at fox.loren@epa.gov.

For questions regarding the dataset, please contact Heather Simon at simon.heather@epa.gov.
