 Comments:

1.  76 FR 34000 dated 6/10/2011 with state effective date 7/10/05

2.   Regulations 2102.03.l. and 2102.09 are not part of the applicable SIP.  The PSD program (2102.07) currently is a separate delegated program, but will become a SIP regulation, effective April 1, 2013 (78 FR 13493).

3.  Revisions to Section 2102.06- addition of paragraph g.  The SIP effective date is 8/9/11.

4.  Addition of Regulation 2102.07 (Prevention of Significant Deterioration).  The State effective date is 3/31/98, and the SIP effective date is 4/1/13 (78 FR 13493).

5.  12-17-2014- 79 FR 75104 made revisions to 2102.04, 2102.06 and 2102.08.

6.  80 FR 36239 amended 2102.10 dated 06/24/2015 with state effective date of 7/26/2009
