Error in Code of Federal Regulations as of October 2009: Section 117.2135 was approved by EPA 12/3/2008, 73 FR 73562.  The “1/14/2009, 74 FR 1927" EPA approval date information in the CFR is for the corrections to the December 3, 2008 amendatory language published January 14, 2009 (74 FR 1927) (TXd99).
