On September 30 and October 1, 2024 EPA held a webinar to gather public input on the next round of chemicals that the agency is considering for future rounds of prioritization under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Below are materials from the webinar.

EPA also opened a 30-day public comment period on October 1, 2024 to gather additional public input. EPA welcomes written comments and information on the potential prioritization candidates which can be submitted using docket identification number EPA-HQ-OPPT-2023-0606.
