Additional Questions for Public Trust Positions – Branching
The below Additional Questions for Public Trust Positions – Branching form is a supplement to the Standard Form 85P, Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions, currently in use in NBIB automated systems. The form will be used in addition to the e-QIP SF85P to capture all information required to be reported on the SF85P approved by OMB in October 2017. This interim collection method will be used until the SF85P is updated in e-QIP.
