California Clean Air Technology Initiative (CATI) Memorandum of Agreement

Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between EPA, California Environmental Protection Agency, California Air Resources Board, South Coast Air Quality Management District, and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District to align resources and collaborate on emissions control technology innovation projects:

  1. Evaluate innovative and emerging emission reduction technologies, and
  2. Accelerate the development and deployment of low and zero emission technologies through interagency coordination.
