Application of American Iron and Steel Requirements for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Projects Under the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2016

On December 18, 2015, the president signed Public Law 114-113, the “Consolidated Appropriations Act 2016," which provides fiscal year 2016 full-year appropriations through September 30, 2016. This law continues the requirement for the use of AIS products in DWSRF projects.
