EPA did not approve this waiver request.
EPA found two manufacturers that could supply the AIS-compliant products that met the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System (MAWSS) project specifications and could be delivered on time to avoid significant delays in the project schedule for the CC Williams Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks and Primary Clarifier projects. The applicant confirmed the domestic products were suitable.
