Completed Public Workshop and Discussion Draft Regulations
EPA held a public workshop in Chicago, IL on May 21-23, 2018, for the Fuels Regulatory Streamlining rulemaking. For the workshop, EPA released staff-level, working draft regulations as an initial step in the process of developing regulations and solely as a discussion draft to foster discussion and information exchange at the workshop. Following the workshop, EPA has received additional comment and feedback. Documents related to the workshop and revised discussion drafts are posted below.
