E-Enterprise and Exchange Network Management Board (MB) and the Interoperability and Operations Team (IOT)

Management and Operations of E-Enterprise Governance

E-Enterprise and Exchange Network Management Board (MB) and the Interoperability and Operations Team (IOT) focuses on the day-to-day tasks and implementation of the project portfolio. This organizational structure ensures that the co-regulators are fully engaged in and committed to this work at both the political and career levels, and that a solid governance foundation exists to support this transformative cultural change into the future. Collectively, the MB and the IOT identify issues to elevate to the E-Enterprise Executive Committee and EELC.

Management Board

The Management Board provides oversight and manages the combined E-Enterprise and Exchange Network portfolio. The Management Board has a wide-array of duties, including, implementing policy decision made by the EELC, identifying issues and agenda items for the Executive Committee and EELC, and identify E-Enterprise project recommendations and priorities, including managing staff resources to efficiently and effectively support project teams.
