| VI. Recommended application procedure |

| 1. Application Method: Application of the product may be made directly from 33 and 35 gallon drums (marketing size) by fitting the drum with a "T" connection and pumping fresh or salt water across the junction, which will pull the dispersant from the drum into the water stream and onto the oil spill. 2. Concentration/Application Rate: For heavy concentrations of crude or Bunker C oil, apply the product undiluted. Where lighter fractions of petroleum are involved, the product can be diluted up to one part dispersant to 30 parts water. 3. Conditions for Use: Effective in salt water, and can be used on water of any temperature. |
