eGRID Mapping Files
eGRID subregion shapefiles are presented in two separate files: one with the locations of the primary subregions (called “Subregions”), and a separate file that identifies areas that fall into more than one subregion (called “Multiple Subregions”). The eGRID Subregion image file (PNG) was created using both of these shapefiles, where the areas that fall into more than one subregion are identified with crosshatching. Note that for areas that fall into more than one subregion, Power Profiler can be used to identify the appropriate subregion based on the utility that supplies power.
