Safer Choice and Design the for Environment - Other Service-Enabled Data Model

Products that qualify for the Safer Choice label contain ingredients that are safer for workers, families, pets, and the environment -- EPA scientists review every ingredient for potential health and environmental concerns. Safer Choice-labeled products must also meet performance, packaging, and ingredient disclosure requirements.
Disinfectants and sanitizers may qualify for the Design for the Environment (DfE) logo. When you see a product with the DfE logo, it means that every ingredient in that product has met rigorous standards for protecting the environment, your health, and the health of your family and pets. EPA developed this program to further empower consumers to make environmentally and health-conscious buying decisions.
