Can you use funds to pay for laboratory analysis of water samples?

We cannot give specific project advice; however, we can stay that we have funded prior projects which include water sample analysis. Applicants should review the water related project opportunities that we have listed in Appendix B to see if any of those is a good fit for the project you are looking to do. 

Otherwise, if you are not going according to apply to a specific Exchange Network project opportunity, make sure you're familiar with our threshold eligibility requirements so that you can build out a unique project request which addresses organizational needs while meeting EN requirements. Take a close look at the Solicitation Notice and the information we ask you to provide, so that you can be sure to address those within your submitted applications.
