Webinars for Small Entity Compliance on the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products Rule

EPA hosted several webinars that covered the requirements of the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products final rule or the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Title VI final rule. The webinars were specific to the different categories of entities regulated under the final rule. The presentations provided during these webinars are available below.

On September 25, 2017, EPA extended compliance dates for the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products rule. Additionally, the direct final rule issued on July 11, 2017 to allow early labeling of complaint composite wood products became effective on August 25, 2017. Learn more about these actions.

The compliance dates and labeling requirements in the presentations have been updated to reflect these actions.
