Webinars on EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) for the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products Rule

EPA hosted two webinars in support of the reporting requirements for the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products final rule or the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Title VI final rule.  Accreditation Bodies (ABs) and Third-Party Certifiers (TPCs) applying to become EPA-recognized under the final rule must apply through EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) electronic reporting tool.  The presentations provided below show a live demonstration of the application process through CDX.

On September 25, 2017, EPA extended compliance dates for the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products rule. Additionally, the direct final rule issued on July 11, 2017 to allow early labeling of complaint composite wood products became effective on August 25, 2017. Learn more about these actions.
