Rule Summary

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a final rule on December 15, 2017, to relax the federal volatility (RVP) standard applicable to gasoline supplied to Shelby County (Memphis), Tennessee from 7.8 pounds per square inch (psi) to 9.0 psi during the summer ozone season.
