Terms and conditions for all State Superfund Cooperative Agreements (awarded to States, political subdivisions, or Tribes (Government entities))
For the purposes of this term and condition, EPA has determined that the all construction, alteration and repair activity involving the remediation of hazardous substances, including excavation and removal of hazardous substances, construction of caps, barriers, structures which house treatment equipment, and abatement of contamination in buildings, is subject to Davis-Bacon.
