EPA is not endorsing these companies. They have met technical requirements to advance to the next stage of the first competition to identify enhanced efficiency fertilizers (EEF) to reduce environmental releases of nitrogen and phosphorus from corn and other row crops in the U.S.  According to the eligibility criteria outlined for this EEF challenge, all recipients meet eligibility requirements.
