PRN 97-8: Time Extension of PR Notice 96-7 - Termiticide Labeling

EPA intends to grant a 90-day extension to permit the distribution or sale of products not bearing labeling consistent with PR Notice 96-7. View the reasons for this extension and what products are affected.

PRN 97-7: Existing Stocks for Labeling Changes in PR Notices

EPA intends to establish October 1 as the annual compliance date for most EPA-initiated label changes specified by a PR Notice, FR Notice or similar mechanism. We will allow at least one year for an action to become effective. Other dates may apply.

PRN 96-8: Toxicologically Significant Levels of Pesticide Active Ingredients

This notice sets out EPA's interpretation of the term "toxicologically significant" as it applies to contaminants in pesticide products that are also pesticide active ingredients. It provides risk-based concentration levels of such contaminants.

PRN 95-3: Reduction of Worker protection Standard (WPS) Interim Restricted Entry Intervals (REIS) for Certain Low Risk Pesticides

On January 11, 1995, EPA published a draft policy on "Reduced Restricted Entry Intervals for Certain Pesticides," in the Federal Register. The final policy was published in the Federal Register on May 3, 1995. This Notice contains the final policy.

This notice sets forth a procedure to be followed for submission of pathology re-reads to the Agency.

PRN 94-7: Label Improvement Program for the Revision of Use Directions for Commensal Rodenticides and Statement of the Agency's Policies on the Use of Rodenticide Bait Stations

This Notice requires registrants of certain pesticide products claimed to control commensal rodents and registered under FIFRA to revise the labeling of such products to bear certain statements concerning "tamper-resistant bait stations."

PRN 96-3: Pesticide Products Used to Disinsect Aircraft

This Notice specifies labeling changes for any pesticide product (insecticide) used for disinsecting aircraft. EPA required these changes based on incident information associated with the use of insecticide spray products occupied aircraft cabins.

PRN 92-2: Permissible label claims regarding ozone depleting substances

This notice describes EPA's policy for certain chlorofluorocarbon-related labeling claims on pesticide aerosol products. Under this policy, true claims that a product does not contain CFCs or other ozone-depleting substances are permitted on labels.
