Final Rule for Control of Air Pollution; Emission Standards for New Nonroad Spark-Ignition Engines At or Below 19 Kilowatts

This action establishes Phase 1 standards for new nonroad spark-ignition (SI) engines at or below 19 kilowatts (25 horsepower). These engines are used principally in lawn and garden equipment.
