Providence, RI: “Hope” for a New Plaza near Woonasquatucket River

EPA’s Land Revitalization Program provided technical assistance to prepare a site reuse plan for Providence, R.I. Assistance included helping the City visualize the redevelopment of an industrial corridor and creation of the Charlotte Hope Plaza Plan.
