EPA has scheduled a September 29, 2026, public hearing (7:00 to 9:00 pm) at the Osceola Community Building (within the Osceola County Fair Grounds), 101 Recreation Avenue, Evart, MI 49631. You may make oral comments and/or submit written comments about EPA’s draft permit actions at the public hearing. For the existing permits, only the conditions proposed for modification are re-opened for comment. The new draft permits are open to all comments. The schedule is planned as follows:
- 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 PM: Public Hearing on new draft permits
- 8:00 P.M. to 9:00 PM: Public Hearing on draft modifications of the two existing permits
The time allocated to a given speaker will depend on the number of people who sign-up to speak.
