EPA to Hold Franklin Street Groundwater Superfund Site Public Meeting April 17

CHICAGO (April 14, 2025) – On Thursday, April 17, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will hold a public meeting with two sessions to discuss ongoing investigations at the Franklin Street Groundwater Superfund site in Spencer, Indiana. EPA representatives will share details about current and upcoming sampling activities including soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion sampling in commercial and residential areas. The same information will be presented at both meeting sessions.

Thursday, April 17, from 2–4 p.m. and 5–7 p.m.

Tivoli Theatre Auditorium

Spencer, Indiana
