Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District Lagoons Superfund Site – Five Year-Review in Process
EPA is conducting the fifth five-year review of the site to verify the remedy continues to protect people and the environment. This review is an opportunity for the public to tell U.S. EPA about site conditions and any concerns they may have.

This CAFO will resolve EPA’s allegations that LANXESS Corporation failed to comply with requirements of its Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permits Nos. MI-091-1I-0001 and MI-091-1I-0002 (Permits) in Lenawee County, Michigan (Wells).
