Eastern NM Rural Water System Pilot Plant - DRAFT NPDES PERMIT NO. NM0031235

AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE 
NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),

Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority
801 Pile Street, Suite 214
Clovis, NM 88101

is authorized to discharge to receiving waters named Ute Reservoir subject to Section 20.6.4.302 New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC) from a facility located at 2521 South Shore Drive in the city of Logan in Quay County, New Mexico., the discharges are located on that water at the following coordinates:

Outfall 001: Latitude 35° 20' 27.17" North and Longitude 103° 27' 14.47" West

in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, and Part III hereof.
