AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),

is authorized to discharge to the South Fork Puerco River, an intermittent stream, thence the Puerco River, an intermittent portion to the Gallup WWTP, thence to the Puerco River, perennial reach, and thence to the little Colorado river basin, New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC),

from a facility located at 1 Giant Crossing, in the City of Jamestown in McKinley County, New Mexico, the discharges are located on that water at the following coordinates:

Outfall 001: Latitude 35o 28’ 58” N, Longitude 108o26’ 08” W

in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II, and Part III hereof
