NPDES Permit for Wind River Energy Commission – Sheldon Dome Field in Wyoming
Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number WY-0024953, Wind River Energy Commission is authorized to discharge from its Sheldon Dome Field wastewater treatment facility located on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Fremont County, Wyoming, to an unnamed ephemeral tributary of Dry (Pasup) Creek, which is tributary to the Wind River.
The EPA is accepting public comment on the draft reissuance of this permit through April 16, 2026.
