Summary
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin is authorized by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by the Oneida Utilities Department designated as the Oneida Wastewater Treatment Plant located at West 200 State Highway 54, Oneida Indian Reservation, Oneida, Wisconsin, Outagamie County to a wetland to the North Branch of Oneida Creek, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
