Federal Register Notice Announcing the Availability of the Problem Formulation Documents and Application of Systematic Review in TSCA Risk Evaluations
Below is a prepublication version of the Federal Register notice announcing the availability of the problem formulation documents for the first 10 chemicals to undergo risk evaluation under amended TSCA and an Application of Systematic Review in TSCA Risk Evaluations document. Upon publication of the Federal Register notice, the problem formulation documents will be available for a 45 day comment period in their respective dockets. Additionally, upon publication of the Federal Register notice, the Application of Systematic Review in TSCA Risk Evaluations document will be available for comment for 45 days in docket EPA-HQ-OPPT-2018-0210.
