Summary
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the White Earth Nation is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by the White Earth Department of Public Works located within the White Earth Reservation, Mahnomen County, Mahnomen, Minnesota, (Section 2, Township 144N, Range 40W), designated as the Chippewa Ranch Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon discharging to a drainage ditch which flows to an unnamed wetland in the Wild Rice River watershed, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
