Draft Guidance for Plant Regulators and Claims, Including Plant Biostimulants
This newly updated draft guidance document clarifies which biostimulants, biological substances, and mixtures, in addition to the associated product label claims, EPA considers plant regulators. Those deemed plant regulators are subject to regulation under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) as pesticides.
