Superfund Resources and Funding to Understand Potential Risks

This webpage is a compilation of online resources to help the public access risk information associated with a contaminated site, as well as links to information on how members of the public can be involved with decision-making.

Technical Assistance Grants

Technical Assistance Grants provides funding to community groups to contract their own technical advisor to interpret and explain technical reports, site conditions, and EPA's proposed cleanup proposals and decisions at National Priorities List sites.

Technical Assistance Services for Communities

Technical Assistance Services for Communities provides independent assistance through an EPA contract to help communities better understand the science, regulations and policies of environmental issues and EPA actions.

Community Advisor Groups

Community Advisory Groups serve as the focal point for the exchange of information among the community representatives and EPA, the State regulatory agency, and other pertinent Federal agencies involved in cleanup of the Superfund site.
