In accordance with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 40, §124.15, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 (EPA) is issuing a Class III Underground Injection Control (UIC) Area Permit No. R9UIC-AZ3-FY19-1 to Florence Copper LLC for the Florence Copper Project.

The final UIC permit, Response to Comments document, and a copy of the Notice of Final Permit Decision are available on this web page and also available online at Regulations.gov. (Docket No. EPA-R09-OW-2021-0149).

Pursuant to Part II.G.7 of the Permit, Florence Copper is required to post, on its Public Website, copies of all quarterly reports and the Groundwater Flow Model Reports and updates to those reports that Florence Copper submits to EPA, including appendices and exhibits within 30 days of submission to EPA.
