Can you help us determine if our organization, which is a registered 501(c)(3) organization comprised of over several hundred Tribal members, is an intertribal consortium?
Intertribal Consortia is defined as the following within the EN Solicitation Notice: a coalition of two or more separate Indian Tribes that join for the purpose of applying for an assistance agreement. An inter-Tribal consortium is eligible to receive a Cooperative Agreement from EPA only if the inter-Tribal consortium demonstrates that all members of the consortium meet the eligibility requirements for the Cooperative Agreement, and all members authorize the consortium to apply for and receive assistance.
Please note, a partnership application by an intertribal consortium and an individual application by a member tribe are not eligible for consideration within the same competition cycle.
