Virtual Public Hearing for Bluewater Texas Terminals (BWTX) Deepwater Port CAA Permit

EPA is proposing to issue a Clean Air Act synthetic minor new source review permit, number R6NSR-DWP-GA, for the proposed Bluewater Texas Terminals, LLC deepwater port crude oil export terminal. Members of the public may review EPA’s administrative record for the permit action. The administrative record includes the proposed draft permit, the statement of basis for the proposed permit, the permit applications, additional data and supporting documentation for the permit action.

The public comment period for the proposed permit has been extended to August 1, 2025.
