The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4 intends to issue Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. a permit covering the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) under authority of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulation at Part 264 (40 C.F.R Part 264).
